Aisling is passionate about helping customers achieve their outcomes and longer-term success with their localization strategy.

Throughout Gavin’s 25-year career in the localization and translation industry, he has been based in Europe, Asia, and the US heading up large-scale sales, CSM, supply chain, and operational teams. Prior to joining Smartling’s leadership team to head up their Language Services, Gavin was a member of the executive team for Welocalize acting as general manager for their European operation.
